- All prices are F.O.B our warehouse, Hillside, NJ

- Prices are subject to change without notice.

- All measurements are approximate and case quantities may vary.

TERMS:

-We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express

-A late charge of 18%APR will be levied on all past due balances.

-New Accounts - please furnish three trade references and one bank reference complete with address and phone/fax numbers. To expedite orders, please include a cashiers check or credit card information.

-All claims for shortages or damages must be filed within five (5) working days after receipt of shipment. 

-No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.
